Floor map and table management

The Comanda Assistant floor map puts your venue’s floor plan inside the app: you draw the tables yourself, and from there you keep covers and orders under control in real time.

Drawing your floor plan

You draw your venue’s floor plan yourself, right inside the app, matching the actual layout of your tables. There’s no technician to call in and no separate project to commission: you build the map and change it whenever you rearrange the room, from the phone or tablet you take orders with. It’s the same idea behind the whole of Comanda Assistant: no outside supplier to go through, no waiting on a change you could make yourself.

What you see in real time

The map shows the status of every table, the covers seated and which orders are in progress, all updated in real time as service moves along. It’s a single glance at the whole room, instead of walking between tables to find out where an order stands.

Several waiters at once

Several waiters can take orders at the same time from different devices: each order syncs in real time on the map and on every other connected device, so the picture of the room stays consistent for the whole team. Nobody is working from a stale snapshot.

Which plan includes it

The floor map is included in the Comanda Assistant Basic plan, along with unlimited orders, the digital menu with QR code, and thermal printer support: it’s one of the features built for the venue that works every day, from the very first paid plan, with no need to wait for Premium to get the floor organised.
