Is Comanda Assistant really free?

Yes: the Free version is free forever, with a limit of 30 orders per day and some features reserved for paid plans. Perfect for trying the app at your venue, at your own pace.

Do I need a computer or a server?

No. All you need is a compatible smartphone or tablet (iOS 16+ or Android 11+) and an internet connection. All your data is safely stored in the cloud.

Which printers can I use?

Comanda Assistant prints on network thermal printers. You can connect several printers and route orders by station: kitchen, pizzeria, bar.

How does the digital menu work?

You generate a QR code from the app and place it on the tables: guests scan it and browse your always-up-to-date menu from their phone, with nothing to download.

Can I use several devices at once?

Yes: multiple waiters can take orders at the same time from different devices, all synchronised in real time.

What is ComandaAI?

It is the AI built into the Premium plan: it analyses your sales and gives you concrete suggestions to increase revenue.

Can I issue electronic invoices?

Yes: thanks to the Fatture in Cloud integration you can issue electronic invoices straight from the app (Premium plan).

Which payment systems does it integrate with?
